星鏈（英語：Starlink）是太空服務公司SpaceX的一項透過低軌道衛星群，提供覆蓋全球的高速網際網路接入服務。截至2022年7月23日，星鏈服務已可在三十六個國家和地區使用[1]。

2015年，SpaceX執行長伊隆·馬斯克在西雅圖宣布推出一項太空高速網際網路計劃：星鏈計劃[2]。藉由遠遠超過傳統衛星網際網路的效能，以及不受地面基礎設施限制的全球網路，星鏈可以為網路服務不可靠、費用昂貴或完全沒有網路的位置提供高速網際網路服務，另外也有可能結束當今世界存在的網路封鎖。[3]旨在為世界上的每一個人提供高速網際網路服務。
[4]星鏈計劃的宗旨是開發出「全球衛星網際網路系統」[3]，並能運用在例如火星等環境上，在太陽系內部署通信基礎建設。
2018年2月22日，SpaceX在美國加州范登堡空軍基地成功發射了一枚獵鷹9號運載火箭，並將兩顆小型實驗通信衛星送入軌道，星鏈計劃由此開啟[3]。
2019年10月22日，SpaceX執行長伊隆·馬斯克成功通過星鏈發送推特，並表示星鏈已能提供天基網際網路服務。Starlink的目標是到2020年在美國北部和加拿大提供服務，到2021年將其服務範圍擴大到接近全球。
截至2023年2月，星鏈工程在軌衛星數量已超過3,500顆[5][6]。同時，SpaceX還提出了第二代星鏈計劃，該計劃將依託SpaceX星艦發射並構成數量達29,988顆衛星的衛星星座[7][8]。
